Pak Bet Terms and Conditions – Your Rights and Obligations

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Pak Bet ("we", "us", "the platform"). They apply to every aspect of your use of the Pak Bet website, mobile browser interface, games, sportsbook, promotions, and any other services we offer now or in the future.

By creating a Pak Bet account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you are confirming that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them unconditionally. This acceptance is recorded at the time of registration and applies continuously for as long as your account remains active.

If you are using Pak Bet on behalf of another person, you also confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that both you and that person accept them in full. In practice, accounts are individual and non-transferable — see Section 3 for account registration rules.

2Eligibility & Age Requirement

To register and use Pak Bet you must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. This is a strict requirement and is not negotiable under any circumstances. Pak Bet takes age verification seriously and reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any player at any time, including at the point of withdrawal.

By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you are not a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction. If it is found at any point that a player registered while underage, the account will be closed immediately, all deposits will be returned where legally required, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

You also confirm that your use of online betting services is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you personally. You are solely responsible for determining whether using Pak Bet is legal in your location. Pak Bet does not provide legal advice on this question.

3Account Registration

Each player may hold only one Pak Bet account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different phone numbers, email addresses, payment details, or household members — is strictly prohibited and will result in all related accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your real name, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and gives Pak Bet the right to close your account and withhold any funds held within it.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — confidential. Do not share your account access with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Pak Bet support immediately so that the account can be secured.

• One account per person — multiple accounts for the same individual are not permitted
• All registration information must be truthful and current
• Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances
• Pak Bet reserves the right to verify identity at any point
• Players in the same household should contact support to register to avoid automatic flagging

4Deposits & Payments

Pak Bet accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. All transactions on the platform are processed in PKR from start to finish. Supported deposit methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank IBFT and card methods. There is no maximum deposit limit stated here — limits may apply at the payment provider level and will be communicated in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

All deposited funds must be used for betting and gaming activity on Pak Bet. Deposits made with no genuine intention to play, or made for the purpose of exploiting payment system processes, constitute a breach of these Terms. Pak Bet reserves the right to reverse deposits in such circumstances.

You confirm that you are the authorised holder of any payment method used on Pak Bet. Using payment methods that belong to another person — even a family member — without their explicit consent is prohibited and may be treated as a fraudulent transaction.

5Withdrawals

Pak Bet processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. This same-method policy exists to maintain the integrity of fund flows and to comply with standard financial controls applicable to online payment platforms in Pakistan.

Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed within 15 to 20 minutes of the request being approved. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals are generally completed within one hour. Bank IBFT transfers are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 3pm PKT on working days, and on the next business day otherwise. Visa and Mastercard withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the issuing bank.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallets and Rs 2,000 for bank transfers. There is no standard maximum withdrawal limit for regular accounts, though very large withdrawals may be subject to enhanced identity verification before processing.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Pak Bet offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. Each promotion has specific terms that are published on the Promotions page and must be read before claiming. These Terms provide the general framework; specific promotion terms take precedence over these general terms where there is a conflict related to that specific offer.

Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements for each active promotion are clearly stated in the promotion-specific terms. Pak Bet does not apply wagering requirements to cashback bonuses unless specifically stated in that cashback offer's terms.

Bonuses are intended for recreational use by genuine players. Pak Bet monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if evidence of bonus abuse is found. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using betting patterns that exploit bonus terms without genuine recreational intent, and coordinating with other accounts to generate artificial wagering activity.

Winnings generated from bonus funds before wagering requirements are met cannot be withdrawn. If you choose to make a withdrawal while bonus wagering is incomplete, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be removed from your account before the withdrawal is processed.

7Sports Betting Rules

Pak Bet offers pre-match and live in-play betting across cricket, football, PSL, tennis, basketball, kabaddi, and other sports listed in the sportsbook. By placing a sports bet, you agree to the applicable sport-specific rules as published in the sportsbook alongside each market.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by Pak Bet, it cannot be cancelled or amended except where a Cash Out offer is displayed and accepted by the player before the relevant market closes. Errors in placing a bet — including wrong selections, wrong stake amounts, or misread odds — are the sole responsibility of the player. Pak Bet support cannot reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances below.

Pak Bet reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds. An erroneous odd is one where an obvious technical or human pricing error caused the displayed price to be materially different from the true market price. Where a bet is voided on this basis, the stake is returned in full.

• Cricket matches abandoned before a ball is bowled: all bets voided and stakes returned
• Matches abandoned after play begins: bets settled on official result or void if no result declared
• Football matches abandoned before 90 minutes: voided unless a result is officially declared
• Live betting markets suspended during key match moments: standard practice, not grounds for cancellation
• Maximum payout per single bet and per day is subject to sport-specific limits published in the sportsbook

Accumulators require all legs to be settled as winners for the bet to win. One voided leg reduces the accumulator by that selection but does not void the entire bet — the remaining legs continue to the stated odds combinations. One losing leg loses the entire accumulator.

8Casino & Card Games

Casino and card games on Pak Bet — including Teen Patti, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Blackjack, slots, and virtual sports — are governed by the rules specific to each game as displayed within the game interface. These general Terms apply in addition to game-specific rules, not instead of them.

Live dealer games operate in real time with professional dealers. Once a betting round closes, no further bets can be placed for that hand or spin. Results from live dealer games are final once announced by the dealer or displayed on screen. Technical issues that affect a player's view of the game — such as a dropped internet connection — do not give grounds for the cancellation of bets that were confirmed before the connection was lost.

Pak Bet uses Random Number Generation (RNG) certified by the game providers for all non-live casino content. The house edge applicable to each game category is available in the game information section within the platform. Pak Bet does not manipulate game outcomes beyond the standard mathematical house edge built into each game's design.

9Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pak Bet. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account under any identity combination
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party system to place bets or interact with the platform
• Match-fixing, insider information exploitation, or any form of corrupt betting
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or loopholes in the platform's pricing or payout systems
• Using a VPN or other IP masking tool to circumvent geographic or account-level restrictions
• Any form of money laundering or use of Pak Bet for financial activity unrelated to genuine betting
• Providing false identity documentation during verification processes
• Accessing the platform if you have previously been self-excluded or had an account closed by Pak Bet

Pak Bet takes fraud and integrity violations extremely seriously. Where criminal activity is suspected, Pak Bet will cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities and provide account information, transaction records, and other relevant data as required.

10Account Suspension & Closure

Pak Bet reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if the account poses a risk of harm to the platform, other players, or the integrity of games and markets.

When an account is suspended pending investigation, the balance is frozen but not forfeited during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access restored. If a breach is confirmed, funds in the account may be withheld in proportion to the impact of the breach as determined by Pak Bet's review process.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two business days. If a balance remains at the time of closure, it will be returned to the payment method on file provided no active bonus wagering requirement is outstanding.

11Responsible Gaming

Pak Bet is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment for all players. Gambling is an adult leisure activity and should always remain that — a form of entertainment with affordable stakes, not a financial strategy or a way of recovering from losses.

Pak Bet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can add to your account. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased for 24 hours after the increase request.
• Self-Exclusion: Block access to your account immediately for a period of your choosing. Self-exclusion takes effect within minutes and Pak Bet will not send promotional communications to self-excluded players.
• Cooling-Off Breaks: Take a planned break from one day to several weeks without permanently closing your account.

12Privacy & Data

Pak Bet collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is published at pakbet.biz/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Data collected includes registration information, transaction records, betting history, device and browser information, and communication records with our support team. This data is used to operate the platform, verify identity, prevent fraud, comply with financial regulations, and improve our services.

Pak Bet does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with payment processors, game providers, and fraud prevention services only where necessary to deliver the services you have signed up for, and always under data protection agreements consistent with the Privacy Policy.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the Pak Bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, text, data, and software — is the intellectual property of Pak Bet or its licensed suppliers. Nothing in your use of the platform grants you any ownership right or licence to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Pak Bet content.

The Pak Bet name, brand, and logo are trademarks of the platform. You may not use them in any context without prior written permission from Pak Bet. This includes but is not limited to social media posts, websites, or communications that could create the impression of an official affiliation or endorsement by Pak Bet.

14Limitation of Liability

Pak Bet provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and service quality, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. Planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily affect access.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pak Bet's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. Pak Bet is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

This limitation does not affect any rights you may have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

15Changes to Terms

Pak Bet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email or account notification at least seven days before taking effect.

Minor changes, such as clarifications to existing clauses that do not alter their substantive meaning, may be applied without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent revision.

Your continued use of the Pak Bet platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should discontinue use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
